- I was charged incorrectly. How do I get a refund?
Solution: Colo supports cash and digital payments. If you experience a payment issue, go to Help > Payments in the app or contact us for a resolution.


Account & Profile Management
- Trouble logging in?
- Forgot password?
- Need to update personal details?
Solution: Use the "Forgot Password" option in the app or visit Settings to manage your account details.
Safety & Security
- Emergency assistance needed?
- Driver or rider misconduct?
- Lost an item in the ride?
Solution: Use the SOS button for urgent assistance, or report incidents through the Help Center in the app.


How to Delete My Account?
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app.
- Or, send a request to support@colo.com with your registered details.
Note: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
