Ride-Related Issues

  • Trouble booking a ride?
  • Ride canceled unexpectedly?
  • Charged incorrectly?

Solution: Check your ride history in the app, and if you need further help, contact our support team.

Payment & Refunds

  • How can I pay for my ride?
  • My payment failed. What should I do?
  • I was charged incorrectly. How do I get a refund?

Solution: Colo supports cash and digital payments. If you experience a payment issue, go to Help > Payments in the app or contact us for a resolution.

Account & Profile Management

  • Trouble logging in?
  • Forgot password?
  • Need to update personal details?

Solution: Use the "Forgot Password" option in the app or visit Settings to manage your account details.

Safety & Security

  • Emergency assistance needed?
  • Driver or rider misconduct?
  • Lost an item in the ride?

Solution: Use the SOS button for urgent assistance, or report incidents through the Help Center in the app.

How to Delete My Account?

  • Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app.
  • Or, send a request to support@colo.com with your registered details.

Note: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
