If you wish to delete your Colo account, follow these steps:
In-App Request:
- Open the Colo app
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Follow the prompts to confirm deletion
Email Request:
- Send an email to support@colo.com with your registered email and phone number
- Your request will be processed within 7 business days
Important Notes:
- Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
- Transaction history and ride data may be retained for legal and security reasons.
- You can create a new account anytime using a different email/phone number.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for service operation, legal compliance, and security. Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted.
