2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Colo as a passenger or driver.
- You must have a valid email, phone number, and payment method linked to your account.
- Drivers must provide valid identification, vehicle registration, and a valid driving license.
Colo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete information.
3. Using Colo Services
Booking a Ride:
- Users must enter their pickup and drop-off locations accurately.
- Estimated fares may vary due to surge pricing, route changes, or tolls.
Driver Responsibilities:
- Drivers must ensure their vehicle is roadworthy, insured, and meets Colo’s standards.
- Drivers must follow traffic laws, respect passengers, and provide a safe ride experience.
- Any misconduct may lead to suspension or permanent removal.
Cancellation Policy:
- Passengers can cancel a ride within a certain time frame without penalty.
- Cancellation charges may apply if the driver is already on the way.
Payment & Charges:
- Colo supports cash, card, and digital wallet payments.
- Additional fees may apply for tolls, waiting time, or extra stops.
- Non-payment or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
4. User Conduct & Responsibilities
Respect & Safety:
- Users must treat drivers and fellow passengers with respect.
- No harassment, abuse, or illegal activities will be tolerated.
Account Security:
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity immediately.
Prohibited Activities:
- Using Colo for illegal purposes
- Carrying hazardous or illegal items
- Disrupting the driver’s ability to operate safely
Failure to follow these guidelines may lead to account suspension or legal action.
5. Refund & Dispute Resolution
Refund Policy:
- If a ride was unfairly charged due to system errors or cancellations, users may request a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Dispute Handling:
- Users can report ride-related issues within 48 hours of trip completion.
- Colo’s support team will investigate and resolve disputes fairly.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Colo acts as a technology platform connecting riders and drivers. We are not responsible for:
- Delays, accidents, or service interruptions caused by drivers or third parties.
- Personal belongings lost during a ride.

Users agree to use Colo at their own risk and understand that Colo does not provide transportation services directly.
7. Account Deletion & Termination
Users can delete their Colo account at any time by:
- Going to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app.
- Sending an email request to support@colo.com.
Colo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violating these terms
- Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Misusing the platform
Once deleted, user data will be permanently removed, except for records required by law.
